Letโ€™s face it, I have seen many people tempting to have this appetizing cake but still avoid them. I personally want to get healthier, but when dessert rolls around it is hard to always pass it up. Even too my family is very health attentiveness. At that point of time, I thought for a while that how can i create this cake into healthy and more delicious. One day my Granny told me that during her time there use to be no white flour, we avail oneself of Gram Flour, Semolina, Millet or Wheat Flour to make a sweet dish. While I was going deep in her story, I eventually got a solution! Instead of white flour why dont i avail oneself of wheat flour. Subsequently i started making the batter and made some changes in my recipe. 

And you know what?? The cake came out to be really remarkable!




Now no more worries. You can also prepare this most healthy and easy recipe cake for your family and your health conscious fellows.






What does it tastes like???

It tastes good as all other cakes.Whole-wheat flour can give your cake a little heavy texture, especially if youโ€™re using a coarse grind. If itโ€™s very finely ground, it will give you a good texture to your cake. 
*To make your flour finely ground, just grind it in a mixer well. 



Suggestions for making a healthy cake perfect.

  1. Beat the butter and sugar swiftly.
  2. Do not add flour all in one. Divide it into 3 parts.
  3. Try using unsalted and low fat butter.















So here, I would like to share my healthy cake recipe to you all. You can enjoy as a balanced part of a healthy lifestyle
This will help you to stay steadfast in your health efforts and not feel the guilt over indulging in a dessert. Or you wonโ€™t have to feel depressed while everyone chows down on their dessert while you sit empty handed.

Total Preparation Time

1 hour approx.

Recipe:

1) Take 1 and a 1/2 cup unsalted butter and 1 and  3/4 cup granulated white sugar. *You can also use brown sugar if you have instead.

2) Mix them together continuously for about 3-4 minutes.

3) Then, add 3 eggs and mix it well.

4) Add 3 cups wheat flour one after another.

5) Add 1/2 cup milk to fine the batter. If its still thick, add a little more milk.

6) Then finally add 1 and a half spoon vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon baking soda.


*Optional- You can add any nuts of your choice.

7) At the end Preheat oven at 180ยฐ and the cake will be ready in 30-40 min.
