H.A.M.E.S.H.A (Handy And More Exciting Site Hamesha)  I pendown my passion in form of my blog HAMESHA. It talks about my obsessions for culinary delight and the charismatic world of animation. The main objective was to create a logo and identity for my own bakery blog that specialized in producing delicious cakes in India.. The logo style and palette were designed based on my content and also to catch on with its uniqueness and friendliness both in the combination of colors and in the simplicity of figures and elements. Soon I will be opening my small bakery shop in India and my main aim is to target all types of cakes and satisfying all tastes.  The main concept of its branding process: is emphasizing the high-quality cake and the widespread of well-served customers.

The fillings are usually buttercream, ganache, and fruit-based jam. Properly baked macarons should have a distinctive melt-in-your-mouth quality A macaron is in every way more visual appealing than the cupcake. It  looks heavy and cute  with two crusty, perfectly shaped round meringue based layers which have fillings sandwiched in the center. The smooth texture of the outer crust made of almond flour and sugar is smooth and appealing.  Properly baked macarons should have a distinctive melt-in-your-mouth quality.  So the first I tried in a famous bakery shop 'Theos' in India. The City Of Dreams Gateway Of India  Culture and language is one of the most challenging, interesting and the most enriching experiences available to individuals and collectively. Through travelling one can learn about the unfamiliar culture which compel us to see past our tunneled vision of perceptions. Stepping off the airport from Delhi into the bustle of Mumbai (Bombay), it felt like coming to a new world!   The feeling was not a complete surprise, after all there are plenty of Delhi crowd to be found around Mumbai beyond the red double-decker buses, and Mumbai have been compared hundreds of times. Since first stepping into Mumbai, the city has always had a special hold on me, one that led me to return many times as many of my relatives lives there. Despite my love to Mumbai, for many visitors, it’s an overwhelming place – although the crown of  India’s largest city  has now been nabbed by Delhi.
