Chocolate Doughnuts My cooking experience- I tried to make some chocolate donuts for the first time by seeing the vedios from the internet as everyone like me who is a cooking enthusiast do. I followed the exact same recipe as it was mentioned. But unfortunately it didnt came out well at all. I didnt give up and tried it for second time and I was quite delighted as my baking was successful and awesome. The reason and solution- In recipe it was mentioned that we need to add only 1spoon of yeast and leave the dough for 1 hour until it rises well. I waited for much longer time than prescribed in the recipe, still nothing was happening. It was really disappointing for me. Then I tried again for the second time and this time i did some R&D at my end. I added 2.5 spoon of yeast instead of one and 1 spoon of sugur in a hot water and rested the dough for 4-5 hours.
